Complete three rounds of this circuit:

Lunge 20 steps with dumbbells @ 1/4 bodyweight, immediately Climb rope in "L" from seated position, return in "L" to seated position.

Rest 60 seconds.


Start lunging 20 steps from rope. Lunge to rope and immediately sit and climb.
