Workout of the Day


Today



Three rounds of this circuit. No rest until end of each round. Rest two minutes between rounds.

If you can't muscle-up substitute 25 pull-ups and 25 dips at each round,and.... get themuscle-up soon. Power through this workout, but don't cheat the movements.


From hang bring knees to elbows slowly 15 reps.

Muscle up 5 times in as few sets as possible.

Repeat knee raise 15 reps.
