Congratulations on the beautiful new addition to your family! She looks AMAZING! Great read Lis, N8 I remember that day clearly. I thought we wouldn't see you again after that wod. But, you did come back again and again and to this day I have not witnessed such dramatic growth in CrossFit as in you. It wasn't long before you were blowing buy all of us and the best part is you have become a great teacher. You've helped guide and grow so many people (me being one of them). Keep it going!!!
