The November Painstorm (courtesy of CrossFit NorthEast England):
Five 6-minute rounds with no rest in-between.
At the start of each interval, run 800 meters. Then, in the remaining time, complete As Many Rounds As Possible of:
3 Push Press, 135lb
6 Pull-ups
9 Box Jumps
In each round, continue from where you left off in the AMRAP portion.

I love this format for an AMRAP. I'll be putting this format in to other AMRAPs also. Keep the painstorms coming. I program them a few months in advance, so this will probably come as February painstorm.. Nov 1 was one of my favorite painstorms: row, thruster, pullup and then chest to overhead w/ 155... thanks for sharing the pain.
Glad you're enjoying them Matt - let me warn you that last month's is insanely spicy. Still wearing the mark from it 3 days later.

Kelly - use the same load you would for any main page WOD with 135lb. Have seen this vary between 85 and 95lb. Your call.
