Question: What do you teach your members about how to implement nutritional strategies in their lives? Are you available to them or just let them figure it out on their own?

We help them however we can! Sometimes that means they email us with what they ate/will eat for the week and we give them feedback. Sometimes we get phone calls or text messages with questions about a meal they are just about to sit down to (usually a restaurant or catered function where they didn't have much control over the menu) Sometimes it's a group grocery shopping trip. We want everyone to succeed!
We're doing a paleo challenge right now with 37 members. We're a week in and it's going great so far. People have been asking lots of questions, which shows they are taking interest in their health.
We have a free nutritional support group every Monday night at 7pm. We have a registered dietician who exchanges that hour for a free membership.
We chat, exchange recipies, and have question and answer time.
