Affiliate Question: What has been the biggest lesson you've learned so far from the 2011 CrossFit Games Open?

That no matter how hard you train or how strong or fast you think you are there is always a WOD that keeps you Humble and grounded and makes you dig deep.

The games open has showed me how people will step up and accomplish things they never thought they could do. Competition is very powerful. I applaud HQ for the format this year

Never underestimate what your members are capable of. Not only will they rise to the challenge of a tough WOD, they will also keep each other motivated and positive!

Oh, and the other thing I've learned is that pregnant ladies can't do toes to bar. *harumph*

Facebook is stupid, If I want to talk to someone I'll call/txt them. The best part is if I don't want my idiot cousin or former high school classmate to contact me then they won't.

That technical proficiency is not enough. Capacity dammit!

#5 is spot-on!

I got over myself a long time ago...

... and I am still anti-facebook!

Time spent on facebook means time away from my family. I work full-time and run my box on the side. That is already way too much time away from my wife and kids. I sure as hell ain't gonna be "facebooking" when I could be teaching my daughter how to read (or do buprees!).

Oh, Jennie, I'm soooooo sorry . . . ;)

That if I wanted to do good I should of focused on being an smaller, lighter endurance athlete as oppose to a heavier meaner rounds guy.
