Number of Members? ~120 and growing. Number of Trainers? 6 male, 3 female. Describe your gym culture in one word: Empowering. Most used piece of gear in your gym? Lacrosse balls. Advice you wish you had been given: uhhhmmmm...... :::shrugs:::: What question you would love to ask other affiliate owners: The Unicorn has no questions. She is all knowing. Workout or movement that elicits the most groans in your affiliate: Running. Coolest WOD: You would have to ask my members . . . the more awful it is the more they love it.
