Complete the sentence: CrossFitters are . . . ready to try (and do) anything.
How has CrossFit changed your life? What a great job -- we get to continuously learn about & improve our own health & fitness, feel good about helping others do the same, and of course we all benefit from the great sense of community among members and their families.
Advice for new affiliate owners? Don't wait too long to start a Fundamentals or "On-Ramp" course. It provides a less intimidating forum for newbies to get up to speed, and avoids having them slow down the group classes. And it can be a good marketing tool in that it gives CrossFit wannabes a near-term goal (to complete the course, which in our gym is 8 classes over 4 weeks) and a deadline to sign up (i.e. the start of the course).
