I have been going to SCV CF for 10 months now. I can say for me this is the ONLY "program" that has worked for me! I graduated from "P90X" the home program and that was a great start/foundation for transitioning to my new passion called Crossfit. This is the ONLY thing that has improved my physique, conditioning, and strength; in 8-18min workouts!!! I also recover faster than I have ever as far as muscle soreness and it is an amazing destressor from my career. The coaches all take a personal touch with serving each member and I know that I will achieve my physical talents to their fullest by continuing to follow their lessons. If you're near the Santa Clarita area, and/or new to Crossfit and want to try it, come on down! Every Saturday they have 'bring a friend' day so show up if you're new or want to walk on. New ppl can have 3 workouts (if even needed) to convince u that this is a world class workout program/system. I would recommended it to anyone of all ages and fitness levels since as crossfitters know all workouts can be scaled to fit an individuals' needs and wants.

I came down with my wife from the Seattle area to visit family in Santa Clarita, and Ben and Chris welcomed us with open arms to train with them. They are a top notch facility, and the atmosphere there is amazing. We can't wait to go back down and workout with them again. Nice work gentlemen!
