Great job by HQ sending trainers overseas. Having been deployed several time I can tell you how much it is appreciated. The visit and cert by the trainers made the whole deployment for those deployed.

Awesome pic! I would love to try that.

Yes......there was a camera man on the opposite wing. He told me that if I fell off before he got a good photo, he'd kill me.

Nice pic! Cheryl intro'd me to CrossFit exactly one year ago today. Jumping off of a glider wing would have been easier than the fifteen minutes of hell she put me through!
