Nice work Ian. There is nothing better than that late afternoon/sunset ski just as the wind drops and the water turns to glass!

very well written article. The best part to me is that you used terminology and concepts familiar to the general population, to explain crossfit in a non-intimidating manor. I think that will help accomplish your goal very effectively.

AWESOME Article and very good information. I am a Crossfitter and Bowhunter and I can tell you from experience, that it has made a difference in my endurance walking in the woods as well as hanging stands ect. Keep up the great articles!! Thank you!!
