Troy, owner of Cowboy CrossFit in Oregon, gets part of the WOD done. Really. Check out the WOD and nose around the blog to find out where the pull-up bars are installed.

Troy,
Possibly one of the coolest CrossFit "boxes" I've ever seen...if I'm ever up in your neck of the woods, rest assured that I'll be looking you up for a WOD or two!
All the best,
Brian
That is one of the most beautiful Crossfit boxes ever. What a really cool way to do Fran! Very Creative.
Necessity is the mother of all inventions! Awesome pull-up station.
With a pluming pipe and some straps I had a great pull-up station at my box. My clients loved it!
Almost enough to make me want to move to Oregon. Where are you guys located, Troy?
Cowboy CrossFit is beautiful! Makes my barn box look almost urban.
Our out of the box "box" is located in Roseburg Oregon, which is 125 miles over the Oregon California border on the I-5 or 2.5 hours south of Portland Oregon. If anyone is interested in a get-away package to Oregon that includes some CrossFit and lodging with some incredible day trips up the famous North Umpqua River, Rogue River, Crater Lake or to the Oregon Coast -let me know. We have a log cabin that will intimately sleep two couples on the upper lake or there are plenty of camping spots on our 200 acre spot. All donations go to the benefit of Steve's Club!
Hey Troy,
After seeing your picture and then browsing your site, you have the coolest crossfit affiliate by far. I hope one day if I'm up your way I can get in a workout.I just had to tell you that what you're doing is awesome!
Wow, awesome "box". I think I need to move to Oregon. Love those tree thrusters. Also, thanks for the pull up bar ideas. I have been trying to figure out an outside rig at home, and you gave me some great ideas.
