CrossFit Central packs the house for a screening of "Every Second Counts."
We talk a lot about community but how do you create a community if nobody knows you're there? Skip Chase offered some great tips in video this week and now Robert Bixby (who works out at CrossFit Santa Cruz Central and CrossFit North Santa Cruz) offers some advice on "How to Spread the CrossFit Word."
Skip Chase has an excellent video on the affiliate page about evangelizing for your CrossFit gym. Here is the one problem with Skip's program: Many trainers starting their own gyms are not Skip . . .

CrossFit King of Prussia recently hosted the Keystone Affiliate Challenge II and Fallen Heroes Fundraiser. Six other affiliates participated to raise funds and honor the memory of a fallen member of their own community.
