What's your busiest hour? Is it a 5am or 6am class? Noon? Night?
Why so busy then? Is it the coach or the time of day that draws people?

noon, 5,6 & 7 pm, 6 & noon being the busiest.
Never had really big early morning classes.
It varies for us. Sometimes it's 10, sometimes 3:30.
0600 and 4:15 in the afternoon, I think is solely time of day that works with folks schedules
Right now our busiest time is 10am till 12noon. Also 6pm gets packed.
I tried to do the 6am classes but didnt get enough clients. However, I get a lot of inquiries about starting a 6am class again and they ask for a shower. If I can get at least 6 - 8 in that class I will start it again.
Our 0600 class is the busiest, most consistent, and most advanced class. It started right after the new year. Our noon class never really developed like I had hoped. 5:30p-7:30p is also pretty busy. I speculate that this is solely due to work schedules. We would love to fill up more morning classes, possibly 8a & 9a.
3 and 6 pm - our client's work schedules allow for these times to be the most accessible.
Our 6am and 9am classes are the most regular. The 6am averages 5 clients and the 9am around 15.
We will see one or two clients during our open gym hours and then another group of 6 to 10 clients for the evening classes.
Our 5:45 a.m. and 8:45 a.m. classes are the busiest. Evenings usually do well, except for this week (not sure why).
Saturday morning at 8:15 and lately Sunday afternoon at 4 are good times as well.
Interesting. Would love to hear how you all fill up the classes between 8am - 4:30pm. Homemakers? Self-employed?
5:30 and 6:30am are usually full for us. Evenings (5:30pm on) and Saturdays (7:30a, 8:30, 9:30) are very busy too.
Our most attended class seems to be the 4:30pm. It's not that way all the time but most days.
We run a 4pm that draws the most people
5:30am and 4:30pm. Our Saturday class (10am) is huge, last Saturday we had 31 athletes show up.
6:30am,noon and 6pm
6pm fluctuates the most, easy to make after-work excuses I think.
9am is catching on: Sheryl Mc- 9am is good for alternative work schedules. We have 1 stay at home mom, 1 nurse, a couple retired folks etc...
M,W,F at 9am we focus on sernior mobility and independance. Our noon class is upper level management typs who have flexibility to take a long lunch. I'm sure we would have more a.m. and nooners if we had showers.
Totally random and unpredictable. We have been operating a full schedule for a long time and there seems to be no rhyme or reason to it. If someone figures it out, please let me know.
That is a GREAT sunrise.
10 AM and 530 PM are our best. Our morning classes tend to have a bunch of hard hitters in itwhile the afternoon one is more of a mixed bag and tends to be bit more low-key, yet just as fun and intense, albeit on a different level.
My wife and I trade off coaching the groups, which keeps it fresh and interesting insofar as stule and perspecitve. The morning groups are usually a joint effort where we are both on the floor. Once in a while if the group is really squared away, one of us will jump into the WOD with them. All the clients like that - it let's them know we'll do the same thing we tell them to do and they get to see us at our best or worst.
Overall, the quality of the product as whole, not due to only the specific trainer, is what keeps our classes full, lively and moving forward at all times.
4:00pm is our busiest class time during the week depending on the heat then it shifts to 6:30pm. Saturday is always full.
My observations are that people are motivated first by time-o-day (what time fits into the schedule), second programming (CF class versus Olympic lifting), and third by our fantastic personalities.
