Kids imitate what they see around them. Hence, the 8-month-old attempts to power clean at CrossFit Huntsville. (No, she didn't make it. And her form needed work.)
Sometimes, in our passion for CrossFit, we forget that there could be things more important than CrossFit. (Maybe?) Quick, name two.
Trey W. of CrossFit NE Georgia focuses on what he can do, and not on what he can't: Video.

my God and my beautiful wife
More imnportant than CrossFit?
Don't rush me, I'm working on it! ;-)
My marriage, my family.
God should be the center of all our lives and when it's something else (even CrossFit) it is idolatry and sin. I've learned this the hard way over the last year. I love CrossFit but it needs to remain out of the top 3 priorities to achieve life balance, just how CrossFit helps us all achieve fitness balance.
God and family are automatic...
After that:
1) My primary duty in the USAF
2) College...blah!
1. Snatch
2. Clean & jerk
Trey - Awesome work, more inspirational to me than any of the fire-breather videos out there.
Greg's answer wins, hands down. And Trey - way to rock it, man!
I, of course, thought of my girls first... but then, well, nothing else really rose above CrossFit. We're all addicts, here, though, right? Isn't that what the "A" in "A-blog" stands for?
1. Knocking boots
2. Dark Chocolate
Amazing video! Truly inspirational.
More important:
1. Faith
2. Family
Hi gang,
Saturday JUne 6th we're having cookout/wod/movie night here at Crossfit USA in Ct. Moonwalks and popcorn for the kids and wie will be showing Every Second Counts on an outdoor inflatable movie theater that is 16 ft wide and 9 ft high. Your all invited! Just email me so I can get a head count! Pray it doesn't rain! 3..2...1.. go!
What's more important than CrossFit?
1. The Dreaded Rest Day
2. I can't think of anything else...
Gotta go with Family number one. Number two would be trying to maintain some sort life OUTside the gym, though it's difficult when you're IN the gym 12 hours a day.

I responded to your MS question yesterday but it was held up in the filter. It's there now.
If I can help in any way just let me know!
Wish I was closer for movie night!

My initial response was husband and family and then I checked the comments and realized I should have put God up there too (oops).
My main passion is life is music and I love CrossFit because it has made me a better musician. There are times I focus less on CF because music stuff is busy and there are times I can hit the WODS hard because I don't have much going on musically but I can say wholeheartedly that CrossFit has made me a better musician (and wife) and I want to share CrossFit with others so that it can make them better at the things in their lives.
1. Family and Friends
2. Other passions (travelling for me)
I'm not religious, so I didn't put God up there, though I can certainly understand those who do. Maybe Faith would be a better word for it, since not everyone is a Christian.
1) Family
2) Country
Great Photo! My boy hops on the erg everytime I get done and starts trying to get some..Its awesome!
I love comment #3. God and family are my #1 and #2. I love CF but it won't mean anything in heaven. I missed Qualifiers this year due to those reasons above but I wouldn't change it. We'll get there next year. The price of obedience is far worth the sacrifice...even if it means missing a training day or 2.
1. God
2. Family, friends, other people
#3 Ryan - yeah, I've found that to be true as well.
LOVE IT, DONNA! :D
1. my family
2. me
and then..
3. nursing school
4. CrossFit Solano
Hey, I LOVE CrossFit with a passion but if I can help people and possibly save lives as a nurse AND a CrossFit Trainer, why not?
You need to keep both heel down.
Just wanted to comment on how awesome the picture is! And it'll be a crazy cool day when all the CrossFit addicts (like, the spike in the past couple of years of certified CF trainers worldwide) have CrossFit babies and make CrossFit families... a new generation of fit people - kindof a cool thought.
I bet Coach Burgener has pix of his kids like that...
