Smell the new paint . . . CrossFit Orange County's grand opening WOD is Nov. 15. They're even raising money to buy a van-lift for a young man with Cerebral Palsy. Nice.

Yesterday, we asked for names of your favorite CrossFit blogs. Today, we want to know your favorite blogs that are not from a CrossFit affiliate. Post 'em to Comments! (And keep it clean, please.)

Love the new digs! Great facility.
One question though, what is it with all these affiliates sporting bosu/stability balls?
(please do not come back with... they are a great way to improve balance and core stability...b/c my head will explode)

re: bosu/stability balls

i can only guess they are either a 'crossfit lite' or maybe they are left over from the globogym days and they just can't part with them.

i like feng's blog...

Gym Jones...what a bunch of elitist @$$ho1es

from their contact form: "The gym is not open to the public. Visitors are not welcome."

The whole tone of their website is like this. Gymjones is like a-hole preppy kid bully in all bad '80s films. j/k

Look closely under the American Flag. Is that a giant blue boob? What the heck is that thing?
