Very Cool Workout on the stairs Auckland, NZ!

It was a tough workout, 40mins overall, didn't film all the repeats.

Usually those stairs are pretty busy, we scared everyone off!

Glide kip on a pommel horse is incorrect as you can only glide kip on bars of some kind. Jolie and Roman are doing single leg swings there, possibly working scissors there.

Good catch, Blair -- my wording was inexact due to space constraints. The accomplishments of Jolie and Roman rapidly learning the glide kip was highlighted to us, in addition to the photos on the pommel horse being sent.
