Kim Brutzman, a trainer at CrossFit El Paso, broke the Air Assault Obstacle Course record for women (including all female soldiers) at Ft. Bliss recently, despite being a civilian with no prior military experience. Hmm. Let's let that record speak for itself.

great mu tips - I'm always looking for new 'words' and techniques to teach these moves.
and, it is super helpful to have you, Lis, illuminating the things that other affiliates are doing with their blogs and videos and events - this is a wonderful service to all us affiliates and has increased my ability to coach and provide value to my CrossFitters.
