Marques Banda of CrossFit North Carolina knows first-hand how CrossFit can change your life. Take a look at Marques a year ago and look at him now! He's living proof that if you do the work, CrossFit works. Nice going, Marques!

Ever think about applying your CrossFit-style efforts to other parts of your life? Eric Morris of Cynergy CrossFit did. Read his post here.

And why not just apply CrossFit to other sport concepts too? BTB Atlanta invented CrossFit Golf: [wmv] [mov]

Excellent Main Event Challenge Eric. Can wait to try it on a triple modality day or Saturday. Definitely need to transfer working on a weakness with the same intensity in my everyday life that I do with the CF WOD's. Thanks!

Keep up the good work, Marques!

Didn't watch the video when I first posted. Y'all are crazy in Atlanta! I am so stealing that WOD for a Saturday. Just need to get another tire and make it a race against foursomes.

Chuck: What no hole-in-one?!?!?!

Dude, Marques. You're killin' it! If anyone has any doubt of what is possible with Crossfit and a little dose of dedication, I'm sending them your picture. You're fierce, man. Fierce!

Jilly I can't believe you let them toss that "ball" so close to your car! haha Nice how you roped Chuck & Shana in on that one -- looks like one of those stealthy smokers.

I think marques weighed in at about 205 and now is about 165. He has become a beast!

What started as a friendly fun game of CF Golf between Trainers as a way to pass an hour turned into the WOD for the Noon class as well as the post-WOD for our entire evening crew. We had so much fun! Thanks to Chuck & Shana from CFED for joining us that day!

Make sure you plug in hazzards & drop zones such as the street, grass, etc. Also, everyone asks why they're running - if you're on a hill like we are, the slam ball starts rolling backwards towards you... so we run after it, creating an awesome workout.

Marques - looking HOT! Impressive work!
