10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of the triplet:

Deadlift: 1.5 X body weight
Back Squat: 1.25 X body weight
Shoulder Press: .75 X body weight

Set up three bars and storm through for time.

I was all in until I saw the shoulder press.. damn. Gotta work on that one in '08.

Ouch, looks like a killer Jeff!

Here is a similar but tamer one I like to hit:
Deadlift: 2 X body weight
FRONT Squat: 1 X body weight
Shoulder Press: .75 X body weight

5 reps each, 10 rounds for time

Great storm. I completed it in 30:36. I scaled back weight on back squats and push press. DL 225, BS 135, P 65

Could have gone faster on this. Squats were heavy at this weight for me and I fatigued on the Standing Press quickly so had to break up more than planned. Great workout though. Look forward to this one showing up on the main site. If this does not help my CFT nothing will.
