Several of them train with us regularly, and the reports back from the field are all positive. They tell me all the time, "If it wasn't for Crossfit, I wouldn't have been able to do XYZ last night." Mike Never felt safer working out! Also the first time I've had the longest hair in the room since 1977:) A great bunch of guys, and needless to say, not a quitter in the bunch. The Gang Unit rocks!
