After 5 years of instructing his excellent outdoor fitness program, SSG Eric LeClair and his Bootcamp now have a 2000 sq ft indoor training facility called the TEAM CrossFit: Elite Fitness Academy! Elite Fitness Bootcamp will still remain a professionally run outdoor strength and conditioning program; however, they will now also be running CrossFit Classes, Olympic Lift Classes, small CrossFit classes, and personal CrossFit clients in their new indoor facility. For the rest of the Affiliate Crew, thank you all. Over the past few years, we have used you all as invaluable tools to see what has worked and what hasn't. I will be posting all our photos to the Basecamp Site so you check them out. We are VERY happy to have a legit home now...I can only wish to uphold the already sterling image that CrossFit has provided. 2000ft is just a start, and I can already be honest in saying that it feels too small. What is nice though is that our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu School (Fight Factory) is moving in next door. (In the next 2000sq ft space) That should be fun... Chestnut Ave, Suites 12A/B, Monrovia CA 91016. 626.437.8739 Inside per week we have 18 CrossFit classes, 6 O-Lift classes, Saturday Zone Workshops, a FREE Saturday CrossFit Elements Class, and are open for personal CrossFit Coached sessions with one of our 5 Level 1 CF Instructors. Outside per week we have 8 Bootcamp classes, 2 Kids CrossFit classes, 4 Women's Only Bootcamp classes, and Sunday morning Trail Runs. Everything surrounds our community though...After Friday night CrossFit we all have dinner together. After the Saturday or Sunday classes most will have breakfast together. I wont even begin to tell you all about our Boot Brew Challenges...ask Mike from Valley CrossFit...he came out and won one...think of a 5K run with a keg of beer at each mile...ON ON.
