The Jersey Shore.

"Two years ago, I snapped my femur in half and crushed my ribs and sternum in a snowboarding accident. After extensive surgery, though I would never be able to surf like I used to. Now, I am back, charging it hard at 54 years old. Not bad for an old guy. CrossFit Jersey Shore rules!"

Skip Chase-
You are fascinating! I can't wait for part 3 of the interview and for more of your motivation.

Great work Gary. Crossfit Rehab has a lot going for it. Also Skip, I can barely stay awake for 24 hours, let alone doing squats the whole time.

I'm still young and it's guys like Gary and Skip that push me harder when I hit the gym because I know that investing all of the time and work that I do into the workouts will not only lead to a increase in my present fitness, but will also keep me healthy for years to come. Thank you for the motivation!

Skip-
I LOVE your intensity and ferocity.

I'd heard about you for quite some time, and admired your rather ruthless honesty (bridezilla photo comes to mind). I've thought about calling you several times, just to hear your philosophy.

Thank you for your interviews. This is GREAT.

Semper CrossFit,
-Karen
