WOW! That is an awesome set up! I am jealous. That rivals any larger affiliate gym out there. Nice work!

Nice Place. It's great to see some stuff from elitefts.com
Did I even see a Russion Translated weight lifting book...awesome

Comment #12 - Posted by: Eric O at October 21, 2007 3:32 PM

Me likey. You could literally train for anything there from a powerlifting meet to a triathalon. Awesome. You should move that whole set up to NH.

Man that place is ausome. Whats do the wooden plates help with? Form for proper distance from the ground or are they weighted? Nice platform. Like that rope.

very nice...so how much did it cost you in total?
I'm guessing around $15K. Bet my house you'll have that place packed in no time.

Comment #16 - Posted by: Steve Liberati at October 21, 2007 6:58 PM

falloutshelter, the plates are for proper distance. You might see in the background some mounted to a wooden dowl and a iron pipe (filled with sand)

Steve, I will have to get back with you on the cost... but I am thinking about 8K in equipment
