This painstorm comes from Gordon Limb, who got caught up in this madness when he was stationed in the U.K.

Clean as you like, post "type" with your time. I will probably end up "power" cleaning since the extra range of motion required to get the DB's from the deck to the rack is going to smoke the legs enough.
