We learned to fly fish, hiked challenging peaks, participated in CrossFit workouts and learned a lot about how 9 CrossFit women that don't know eachother can have one heck of a good time! Best part about it once you're done with your kick arse work out you can use the tire tubes as floaties to chill if there is a nearby lake/pool.
