Very cool, it's great when you're forced to get creative.

Lorie, lead tire runner, followed by Ann, plus Sheila, Karen, Lynne and I - all from the CrossFit Ocean City, MD joined Jamie, Megan and Susan of San Diego for a GREAT week in MT. We learned to fly fish, hiked challenging peaks, participated in CrossFit workouts and learned a lot about how 9 CrossFit women that don't know eachother can have one heck of a good time! Susan is onto something big with Real Women Enterprises. Check out her blog for trip highlights.

Great Job Ladies. Best part about it once you're done with your kick arse work out you can use the tire tubes as floaties to chill if there is a nearby lake/pool.
