Eileen has been CrossFit training for four months. In this time she has went from 1 pullup to 11, increased her Cindy rounds from 8 to 14, and lost 15 pounds. Last year she deployed to Central Command in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, her most forward deployment occurred in Albania working with mulit-national joint forces.

Nice work and congratulations! I am prior enlisted about to enter active duty again upon graduation in May. It's nice to see females, military especially, doing crossfit!

Welcome to the SNCO corps, Eileen. It's nice to see another USAF female kicking ass CF style.

Congratulations, and drop me a line if you'd like to talk CF.

Congrats on the promotion! When senior NCO's are doing CF, the revolution/insurgency is gaining ground!
When did CF Colorado Springs open? I'm out of town on business for a few months, and look forward to checking it out when I get back!

Great Job. I am looking into starting this and I have to say I am a little nervous as a female, but you have inspired me. I too am in the USAF as a Capt and am currently in Iraq looking for a change in my routine.
