Nice workstation, Tony. Tony, I want that set up! Last 4 videos have been top notch. Thank you. Thank you so much for videos!! They have so much value. I especially like the audio excerpts from the seminars, Coach has a way of explaining things that just resonates throughout. It's great to be a part of this community! Thank You! Before that, I spent several years in college in the field of exercise science. I've learned more from the crossfit community in this last year than I have in all my years of college,and a big part of that is because of this website and Tony's work. Thanks for everything.
