Nice workstation, Tony.
Keep up the good work. The vids are looking top shelf.
Tony,
I want that set up! Last 4 videos have been top notch. Thank you.
Thank you so much for videos!! They have so much value. I especially like the audio excerpts from the seminars, Coach has a way of explaining things that just resonates throughout. It's great to be a part of this community! Thank You!
Tony, you're doing great things for the whole community. Thank you! The vids recently are off the hook! Great job.
Tony: Ditto all from above!
I've been a crossfit rep for about a year now. Before that, I spent several years in college in the field of exercise science. I've learned more from the crossfit community in this last year than I have in all my years of college, and a big part of that is because of this website and Tony's work. Thanks for everything.
Jacob told me that Tony interviewed Chloe for Middlebury a few days back. As soon as I heard that, I was like, "It's Tony *&*$ing Budding!" You're the man, Tony.
Professional quality all the way!!
Tony, thanks for the work and effort you put into this community. I have that camera but it doesn't seem to do what yours does:)
Tony,
I'm confident that your awesome videos are and will be instrumental in bringing CF to the masses! Thank you and all involved. I only wish I'd been able to watch these when I was starting out.
Thank you, Tony, for the awesome videos! Your hard work is VERY appreciated!
Tony,
Thank you for your terrific work. I really appreciate your effort - I especially enjoy the recent two-angle videos you've been showing (deadlift!). Awesome stuff. Amazing its free.
Thank you again.
So this is where it all begins.....love the videos you put out, Tony! Thanks for all the help you've given in past, present and future!
Russ/Tony--what's the Middlebury connection? Just curious, Class of 2001 here:) Wonder how many others may find CF?
Sarah (14), Midd class of 90. Volunteer alumni interviewer. Do you recognize the calendar?
