Manmakers aka Maneaters

Grab two dumbells
1. Place the dumbells on the ground
2. Kick feet back so you are in a plank position
3. Do a push up
4. Row one arm (Keep your body planked, don't roll)
5. Row the other arm
6. Bring your feet in.
7. Explode up
8. Clean the dumbells
9. Press overhead

= 1

50:17-1st really challenging workout since having hernia surgery in Nov. I went a little light, but it felt good.

For my last night in Britain, I did Painstorm XXI, figuring that I was over here when I was introduced to CrossFit and Painstorm, and I should leave the island with a bit of a bang (actually it was more of a wimper). Used 25 lb dumbbells throughout, all burpees included push-up and jump/clap. 1:02 later, I was curled up in the fetal position at the Air Force gym. Most rounds of burpees took 3:30-3:50, the last round of man-makers took around 12:00. Overall, it sucked a fat man’s bum. Davie, you are one sick hombre. From here on out, I’ll be back on Team America!

I would like to send my warmest regards to Karl and Mark at CF Manchester, Davie and company at CF Central Scotland, and Kempie up in soon to be CrossFit North East. It has been a real honor working with such quality people – I only regret that it took so long for us to get together. If you are ever in the neighborhood of Eglin AFB, Florida, look me up. If you give me enough notice, I’ll be able to get the ale out of the fridge so it will be nice and warm for you!

CrossFit CS did part 2 of this today. We had 4 turn out today so ...I did it again!
