Yes. The WOD treated me very well... very well indeed. Great combo, by the way. I can still feel my lats three days later from the "Nicole" leg of our time spent together! There's something about a MAX effort on pull-ups. It has a lingering quality everytime.
So, Thanks again for the dose of sanity while on an otherwise lathargic trip of holiday eating and family visiting in the mid-west. It was much needed and greatly appreciated.

And, Denise... while in the Windy City I learned from some of the locals that I was... "Straight, Dawg!" But "Hip" works.
