It took people between 30 and 50 minutes and is harder than it looks, nice bit of thinking is required to keep track of where you are

12 Days of CrossFit (modified)
Mods were:
3 Handstand Push-up (cause I figured I could handle 30 in a workout)
5 Double unders (these tend to get painful when I am tired, not so bad today)
8 second L-sit (I didn't understand the Hanging leg raise, so went with this instead)
10 (Yeah!) Burpees (since I subbed double unders for dive bombers, I figured I could make up for some of the suck here)
49:51
It does sort of trick you into thinking that it is going to be pretty easy.
Thanks CF North.
Merry Christmas,
Gordo

Dave,
Did you have a load in mind for the C&J and Thrusters?

Well there is a lot of other work going on so these are pretty light but, as always, it depends.

We had a range this year from some smaller weaker folks doing them with 12 pound dumbbells, to our pack leaders using 40 Kilo barbells. Acceptable form is what decides the load, use as heavy as possible without form falling completely apart.

No thrusters in this one, the "Squat thrust" is an easier version of a burpee. Squat down till hands touch floor, thrust legs back into a nice straight plank, return to bottom of squat and jump up. No push-up.

Ho Ho Ho

Misread that one...
No wonder Pukie was my ball&chain to the line after round ten (with 40k thrusters).
