December 4, 2006MONDAY 061204Success! Jamey Yon and Jack Haire of CrossFit North East Georgia training the Lanier Aquatics USA Swimmers (ages 12-18). The swim coach had pull up bars installed right on the deck. He purchased Dynamax balls and other equipment... They started with 5 swimmers and now have 12. After the first of the year the Lanier Aquatics Coach will expand the program to the entire University Swim Team. Comments
